The hotel offers a stunning view over Paris with rooms that lack sufficient lighting due to cleaning trucks at Place de la Defense. The staff is a mixed bag of some being extremely nice and helpful while others act like they are doing you a favor. The location is excellent, close to transportation and away from the central hustle. The dining experience is okay, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers basic rooms with very little natural light, but they are large, luxurious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including easy-to-use amenities like lights, TV, shower, and telephone. Surprisingly, no complimentary water was provided.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were perfect, big, comfortable, with a HUGE bathroom and great water pressure. The Jacuzzi tub was a dream! The suite was spacious, but on the pricier side. The room had all the luxuries I could ask for, easy-to-use amenities, and a well-stocked mini-bar, although a bit surprised by the lack of complimentary water.
